About David Matthews
David Matthews is a freelance photographer caught up in a whirlwind of passion for his art. Over the years he has developed a keen eye for photographing everyday items in the most unique way imaginable. Linda we are fortunate to live in. Canada where the Northern Lights pop out a few time a year. Last night a neighbour called to say there was a glimmer of the Aurora in the northwest, do grabbed my gear and went out to a place I thought I maybe able to capture the lights. I was out shooting from about 9.40 pm to after midnight this is the first time I have photographed the lights and not frozen in the process. Such as the time I went way up north to Churchill Manitoba in minus 50c some of those photographs can be seen on my FAA page. The lights are due out again tonight hope to capture them with the international space station passing over here at 9pm and again at 10.30pm will let you know if it all comes together. Hope you can see them one day they never stop fascinating me
